These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Mad Waves, a sole proprietorship of Brian J. Lunsford, through its personal assistant "Moneypenny."
Moneypenny sends and exchanges text messages on behalf of the account owner with the account owner and with the owner's existing personal and business contacts. Typical messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, notifications, and brief conversational replies. This is a conversational, one-to-one program — not a marketing or promotional blast list.
Recipients are the business owner and the owner's existing personal and business contacts who have a prior relationship with the owner and who have agreed — verbally or in writing — to receive text messages from the owner's assistant. There is no public web sign-up form; consent is obtained directly through the owner's existing relationship with each recipient. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will generally receive messages only in response to a conversation or a request relevant to you.
Message and data rates may apply. Mad Waves does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you further messages unless you opt back in by replying START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the details below.
Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE. Supported help keywords: HELP, INFO.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
